Paying your overdue accounts is always recommended. However paying it does not remove it from your credit file but only marks it as paid and you still are in the same category as credit impaired.
No. A judgement is done through the courts and a default is listed from the provider straight to the credit reporting agency.
No. However if unsuccessful through the credit reporting bodies we will then apply to the relevant ombudsman or courts if necessary at no extra charge.
As a company we can’t guarantee the removal of all or some of your negative listings. Being approved does not guarantee removal.
No. Beware, some companies will charge you high fees just to look at your application and then a set fee per listing. We only charge one fee.
Yes. You as the consumer have the right to challenge any listing that is on your credit file that is disputable or has not been listed correctly.
Veda promotes up to 30 days to have a response but the time can vary depending on which avenue is taken to assist in removing them.
No. Only if they have been not listed correctly or are disputable.
It is a series of broad questions that we ask you by running through our questionnaire in regards to how the credit providers may of damage your credit file. These questions are not specific to each individual negative listing. If you as the client however do not answer a certain number of positives to these questions you will be declined for our service.
No. Our company only specializes in assisting you with credit defaults, court judgments and clear outs. However, after being discharged from the above (Bankruptcy or part 9/10) you may have other bad marks on your credit history that will hold you back which we may be able to assist you with.
